Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya - Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma

Amazing water park, super kid-friendly, really thought out spaces and facilities to accomodate kids, my daughters (5 and 7 years old) had the time of their lives at Aqua Nick - even the little lounge thwy had in the lobby was a safe space for them while we checked in. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was great, amazing breakfast buffet, and a lot of options to eat at the water park without stopping the fun. Transfers from lobby to bedrooms and back was fast and cool (air conditioned vans) which was a nice bonis due to the intense heat.

The restaurants were better than expected for an all-inclusive. There was something always available to eat, and room service is also 24/7 with exceptional service. Everything from the shuttle service, the swim out pool, the characters, etc exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return!

It was good, had the traditional Mexican cuisine on the breakfast buffet. Wish it had more American food offerings on the breakfast buffet.

We had a great time at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts — it's truly a kid's dream come true! The character experiences, water park, and themed activities were nonstop fun, and the staff went out of their way to keep things playful and engaging. Our room was clean, colorful, and well-suited for a family stay. The resort is clearly built with children in mind, and they do a fantastic job of making everything feel magical.

Great place for families with small kids. The family is very modern and comfortable. Breakfast has good variety and overall good quality. The water park was a lot of fun for kids in different ages.
